The add-ons (paint protection) charged at this dealer was not found to be actually done. I had a detail company check thickness of paint etc. with a digital meter used in this industry. No protective layer was found in 5-6 mil measurements that would be considered effective. A 7-8 mil detection would be the standard. Their lifetime battery add-on also is suspect. No warranty paperwork was given as promised on either item.
Service department is excellent. I called this morning at 8, they worked us in, fixed the problem and returned a clean car! Mario in the express service area was wonderful. We are new to the area and have found our car service home!
The Enclave Essence ST is just what we needed. I feel much safer in it. Our Prius V was way to loud for us to hear each other. The Enclave is so quiet, road noise reduced, tires larger, etc. We will be getting close to the 33 mpg that we were getting with our 7 year old car. Jason Offers was very helpful explaining the features.

They do not work with you at all. Can’t answer a simple question and Edward was extremely rude with no customer service adequate. We were ready to buy until he came to us and made the experience a nightmare. Waste of time coming to this dealer.

Chuck Nash has a culture diversity going when it come to professional service repair vehicle fuel system due to defective part and cost me 8k only to damage my air conditioning coming on as it see fit as it’s been hacked but I was told by the service rep that technician no longer work there. They claim they don’t have a loaner it’s been a month riding in 105 and above heat so at what point has this became systemic profiling, and very unprofessional culturally employees?. Your rating is 2 you fixed one problem to cause another. Angry and disappointed customers

I took my Tahoe to them to fix squeaky brakes. They kept “fixing” things that weren’t the problem, and didn’t even check to see if what they did fixed it. They just charged me, and sent me on my way. Between 4 visits, and over a thousand dollars in useless repairs, my brakes still squeak so loud I can’t drive with my window open cause it hurts my ears. I need that money they stole from me. I have a special needs boy, and all my extra money goes to his treatment. They stole about a month’s worth of medical treatment from me and from my 5yo and didn’t even fix the problem and are now just ignoring me entirely. In my view that’s nothing short of theft. And to have the nerve to ignore me on top of that is beyond unacceptable. I gave them my business and my trust and they abused my trust, and made me regret ever buying my car from there to begin with. Oh, and they made sure to tell me that the extended warranty they sold me wouldn’t cover any of the work they did to boot. They had to protect Allstate instead of me and my family. Vampires. Don’t go there.

2 months in a row I've taken my truck in for repairs, I guve the advisor plenty of information to include the codes and the repairs needed, first time they kept my truck 3 days and couldn't duplicate the code, but the code comes on b4 I can make it home less than an hr after picking it up, so I fix it myself, second time they kept it 4 days, I told them the problems and they tell me to come pick it up that it's ready, 800$ later I still have the same problem and nothing I asked to have done was done, and the problem is exactly the same. Absolutely no communication with the advisor unless I reach out 50 times, and when I come to pick it up at 5 like I was told, I didn't get my truck until 6 and he was rude and put out that I was asking for my truck. Last time I ever deal w Nash and his annoying on hold commercials

Very Bad Experience with Service Department, Richard Torres has not been honest neither responsible, they have my 2022 Silverado High Country with 5k miles. They have it sitting there for 10 days now and no repairs have done to it. 9 days ago they had a list of the parts they needed and were 1 day away, now 9 days later they are still not there. (Obviously, no body ordered them) Now he says they will be in tomorrow. ( Well, yesterday he told me they would be in today, since parts were 1day away) Did I mention The past days I called and left a message and he never called me back until yesterday when I was on my way to the dealership. He claims he had covid, but even yesterday when he was there I called and left a voicemail and he didn't call me back, afternoon I called again and left a message with the front desk lady. At this point it's clear he doesn't care about me nor my truck. Did I mention they don't have a loaner for me? I been without a truck for 10 days and will be without it for about 10 days more,(now if they finally do what they say they will do) Richard Did apologize but his actions don't back up his apologies. I have proof that Richard Clearly ignored me. If I didn't check back with them over and over would they have ever called me? Humm who knows. by the way this is the 3rd repair that will be done to my New Truck, its the 3.0L diesel and its leaking/consumming a ton of oil, be carefull with this engines as well. It needs a ton of gaskets changed and other parts. Andy Nunez.
I would never get my truck serviced here. There mechanics have to idea what they are doing. They couldn’t fix an oil leak. I had to take my truck in 3 time to get it fix.
Don’t keep their word! Wanted a specific vehicle and asked would I like to notified when it arrived and they notified me that it had been sold. Then asked would I be interested in a different vehicle.
