Great service and communication

I purchased a new 2026 Nissan kicks that had a passenger door that would not close right cavender Nissan sent me here at chuck Nash to correct Nissans flaws.

I had some service work done after my AC died on me in our Texas heat, and delt with Megan who was absolutely AMAZING in service, from start to finish. I can't tell you the frustration I had when I purchased my extended warranty from Bluebonnet, and had to call the war company only to hear nothing but negatives from them. I took my vehicle to Megan at Chuck Nash, and explained the situation, and she said "I got you!" and I believed her. She kept in contact with me 100%, and let me know everything they were doing, and what they were waiting on. She NEVER over promised anything, and was straight out of the gate. can't say enough about the service, and professionalism from Megan, and everyone I ran into in that dealership, and service dept. I'm not one to write reviews much, and just let things go because of all of the intitled Karen and Bob's of the world who except everything for nothing. I'm not that guy. I genuinely appreciate her, and the service department she represents. Art Garcia

Don't waste your time, they never get back with you when it comes to getting an update on the vehicle you're purchasing. Called them for a whole week and they kept saying they'll call back. Told me they loaned out the car I was purchasing and kept saying they'll try to get it there and never did.

I had a great experience at Chuck Nash Chevrolet's service center in San Marcos. The lounge was comfortable, and notifications on the TV screen let you know where your vehicle is in the maintenance queue. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Riley Borneman and Ivan Gallardo. Highly recommended 👌
