Vehicle service was very good. Our previous visit (Sept. 2021) was not good quality with lugnut falling off and others loose. This time it was fine. I did complain but this is dangerous thing, especially with traffic the way it is. We have gone to Nash for many years for good service. We hope to never experience the lugnut situation again. I had a five star experience at this dealership with Joe Griffin. I called up the Sales Director Darlena and asked for someone who would be a good fit to help me with my vehicle. She was waiting for me when I arrived, and she introduced me to Joe Griffin. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. He has a no-pressure technique and was an advocate for me throughout the process. I told him I had 20 minutes to make a car deal. He got everyone involved including Finance to get me in and out in time for my next meeting. Hats off to Joe! I would highly suggest using him if you plan to purchase something at this dealership.

I?ve been driving 45 minutes to Chuck Nash for the past 5 years for oil changes and repairs because the service department is so pleasant and trustworthy! My service representative, Frank, is always great to work with. He is always upfront with costs on repairs and always does his best to give me the best price possible. Jorge is another service representative that I have worked with that is also amazing. I would highly recommend the Chuck Nash service department.

We found the car we were looking for on the Chuck Nash Chevrolet website and we reached out to Darlena Basham, the Internet Sales Manager who told us that the car we wanted was in the parking lot. She took the time to send us a picture of the car and the odometer reading since we wanted to make sure it was a new car . She was very courteous and friendly. We then drove to the dealership and was met at the door by Darlena and Mark Crayton, the Sales Consultant. Both of them were AMAZING and there was no sales pressure. After finalizing on the price, we met with Buddy Crotty, the Finance Manager. Usually finance managers try to pressure you into buying add-ons but I was pleasantly surprised that there was NO SALES PRESSURE. By the time we were done singing the papers, Mark had put the temporary registration plate and we drove the car home. Amazing team here at Chuck Nash and would definitely RECOMMEND them to my friends and family!!

Kyle was great along the whole experience, from email exchanges to home delivery. He went above and beyond to make things right. He also helped to provide all necessary information for the EV rebate. Ken made some claims about the actual cost of the warranty that, when I re-checked didn't hold true. He was nice to amend the agreements and get things right. Overall excellent experience, except for the additional warranty estimates. I would recommend.
